How much you pay, when you pay it and what is included in the price of your stay.
Prices are quoted per villa and night in euros. The price includes water, electricity, wifi, bed linen and towels, and the final cleaning. The price on the website is the price for the whole villa, not per person.
We ask for a deposit of 30 percent within 5 days of confirming your booking, and the remaining 70 percent 30 days before arrival. If you book less than 30 days before arrival, the whole amount is due at once. The dates are held for you once the deposit reaches our account.
By bank transfer. We send the bank details together with the booking confirmation, including the reference to use. Any bank charges on your side are yours to pay, the amount that reaches our account is what counts.
Services ordered during your stay, such as an airport transfer, extra cleaning or a late check-out, are settled at the end of your stay, in cash in Thai baht or by transfer.
If you cancel under the terms and conditions, or if we cannot host you, we send the refund back the same way you paid, within 14 days at the latest.
